Small place yet perfect in so any ways! Taco Tuesday offers $2.50 on select tacos & they are stuffed THICK. Great atmosphere, lots of different patrons & friendly service. Yum!
The vegetarian tacos had very large chunks of meat in them :( I haven't ate meat in over a decade so that was pretty disappointing but the flavor of everything else was really good and they're really generous with the amount of salsa they give you with the tacos. The taco dinner was $18
Went for taco Tuesday and was so happy for the $2.50 (I think) tacos! You get a choice of beef, pork, or chicken and of course with onions and cilantro. So good we had to order more! Lots of people and saw many tasty things pass by so will be back to try more of the menu.
This place is amazing. Wonderful hospitality, cozy but still lovely. Went for Taco Tuesday which was a great deal ($2.5/taco, couple options to choose from). Killer carnitas with a good balance of flavor and texture - crispy outside yet still very tender on the inside. I mean, just look how happy my friend is!
The consistency of the salsa flavors and quality of food has stayed steady from the times I've visited in the past. It was my first time trying the House speciality which doesn't have much of a description on the menu but I asked the waitress and it consists of the piece of steak, a cactus salad and frijoles de holla. I also added a side of Mexican rice. My partner and I both got one michelada each which was the most expensive thing on our bill, surprisingly. We purposely shared the house specialty because it's a lot of food. My daughter got the carne asada tacos that she usually gets. We devoured the chips and salsa they give you when you sit down. I appreciate that the Horchata was made from scratch, I can always tell the difference and so can my daughter. Glad this place continues to stay authentic. 11/13/24 Still great service and amazing authentic food. Got the pechuga de pollo a la parrilla ( grilled chicken breast) it came with rice, beans, and fries. It's a huge plate and I shared it. My daughter got the carne asada dinner as always. I tried the rum and coke this time and it was a decent size but I definitely need to go back for the margarita specials they have.
